About Us

LELA Shotokan has now been running for over 10 years and at present have created 25 black belts within the rules of the E.S.K.I.A. We are proud of our history and have won many tournaments, including the East Midlands championship 5 years running, and hence retaining the trophy for total number of wins since the competition dispersed in 2001

L.E.L.A Shotokan train under the E.S.K.I.A whom are a registered non-profit making company, which joins together several karate clubs from all over the United Kingdom, under the supervision of Sensei Terry Corbett. What does it cost?
£5 per session. Regular trainers and familes have special rates.

What do I need?
Just turn up in a tracksuit and try it out.

What if I have done Karate before?
No problems, just turn up and train..
